We are a family run campground and operate a family park. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, quiet place where you will feel at home. Let us know any time we can be of assistance.
Since we cover your electric bill, your camper must have a working heating and cooling system. You cannot add window units or space heaters. Please be moderate with utility usage. This will help keep our rates low and also help the environment. Excessive utility usage will result in increased rates to you. Washing of vehicles is prohibited. Monthly renters may wash campers, as practical. Do not burn electric lights outside during daylight hours. Do not use water or electricity from lots other than your own. You cannot run water or electricity to storage buildings. Alteration of electrical plugs or breakers is prohibited and will result in eviction.
Since we have a septic tank system, it is important that you do not discard paper towels, napkins, feminine products, etc. in the toilet. Do not pour grease, oil, paint or other such products down the drain or toilet.
We work hard to keep the grounds clean and hope you will help us. Please do not litter. Discard all trash (including cigarette butts) in the dumpster. The dumpster is for bagged household trash only, no mattresses, car/camper parts, furniture, appliances, building materials, etc.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One small pet is allowed, maximum weight is 25 pounds. Pets must live inside your residence and cannot be tied out, penned up, or run free. Pets must be walked on a leash when outside, no exceptions.
Maximum number of vehicles per lot is three. No display of flags, banners or signs which may be considered controversial. Fighting or other crude behavior will not be tolerated. No exceptions!
Anyone not listed on your rental agreement is a visitor and by law has no tenant rights. You are responsible for your visitors. Anyone staying at your residence more than 5 days a month must be added to your rental agreement. Management approval is required to add anyone to your rental agreement. Anyone breaking park rules will be asked to leave, no exceptions.

I understand it is my responsibility to wrap pipes or do whatever necessary to prevent frozen water pipes. Busted water pipes at my hook up will be repaired at my expense. Any water leak found at my hose/lot will result in a $25 excess water usage charge, added to my rent.
